About

Imagine a world where you don’t lie in bed for hours replaying every situation in your head, staying up way too late, and ruining the next day. Instead, you fall asleep peacefully and can make major decisions without it fully consuming your night, sleep and over all day to day. Inside, there’s a voice that questions your worth, filling you with doubt—but you're ready to rise above it. You're tired of holding back, and deep down, you know you're meant for more—more confidence, more peace, and deeper, more fulfilling connections. I get it! I've helped hundreds of high functioning professionals make authentic decisions. I help release the hold anxiety has not allowing you to admit your wants and dreams. This will allow you to make choices in your best interest and change your negative patterns. You will be able to find your true self. I create a space in which you will feel relaxed while also allowing for you to feel understood. I will not just sit and nod, I will ask you questions, guide you and challenge you. I enjoy blending CBT and psychodynamic perspectives to ensure the most meaningful healing process. You deserve someone who is competent and caring. Let's connect, I got you!
