About

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families through a holistic, integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, depression, and life challenges. My approach incorporates evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and somatic techniques. My focus is to create a supportive space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Sessions are available in person and through secure telehealth throughout Florida, with services available in English and Spanish.
