About

I work with college students and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I primarily draw from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, along with CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches when they are helpful. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will change. I’ll listen carefully and begin to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences underneath what you’re going through so we can decide together how to move forward.
