About

Sometimes, you can look like you have everything together while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next. You may be carrying everyone else’s needs, repeating patterns you thought you had moved beyond, or feeling lonely in a relationship that matters deeply to you. I specialize in working with couples and individual adults. I help couples who feel disconnected, caught in recurring conflicts, or unsure how to rebuild trust and closeness. Together, we can slow down painful patterns, improve communication, better understand each partner’s needs, and create a more secure and connected relationship. I also support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, childhood wounds, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Therapy offers a place to focus on you—to understand what has shaped you, reconnect with your needs, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. As a South Asian American therapist and the daughter of immigrants, I understand how culture, family expectations, identity, and intergenerational patterns can influence our emotional lives and relationships. My style is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I will meet you with curiosity rather than judgment while helping you recognize patterns and take meaningful steps toward change. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I offer online therapy for couples and individual adults throughout California and would be honored to support you.
