About

Bigger Fish To Fry Counseling, Coaching & Consulting LLC is a private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples move beyond simply talking about problems and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. We provide counseling, coaching, and consulting services through a personalized, action-oriented approach that combines evidence-based therapy with practical strategies clients can apply in their everyday lives. Our practice specializes in supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, career concerns, and personal growth. We integrate approaches such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and achieve their personal goals. At Bigger Fish To Fry, we believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and results-focused. Every client receives individualized care, practical tools, and between-session assignments designed to encourage continued growth outside of the therapy room. Whether clients are rebuilding after loss, learning healthier boundaries, improving communication, or creating a new direction for their lives, our mission is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive.
