About

Welcome. If you have stumbled upon this page, please consider it a quiet digital rest stop—a low-pressure, virtual sanctuary for the deep thinkers, the misfits, and anyone currently navigating a major life transition or a sense of a misplaced identity. This space operates a bit like a lost and found department for the soul. Utilizing a gentle, collaborative blend of narrative therapy and archetypal analysis, we look at the stories you have been handed, the chapters that feel frustratingly unfinished, and the pieces of yourself that might have been sidelined along the way. There is so much there that needs to be honored. You won’t find rigid, cold, clinical jargon or high-pressure expectations here. Instead, you will find an atmospheric space to safely unpack your unresolved questions, treating you not as a diagnosis to be fixed, but as a fellow traveler and the absolute author of your own history. Even if you are just passing through today, please remember that you are the one holding the pen. A Note on Connection: If you would like to explore working together, telehealth sessions are available In Texas and Arkansas. You can view my current real-time availability and directly route to my consultation calendar through my portal here:
