About

If you are struggling with trauma, family dynamics, cultural or identity-related stress, grief, or life changes that have intensified anxiety or depression, disconnection, or overwhelm, reach out. Many of the people I work with come in carrying self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, or an inner critic that won't quiet, after effects of an upbringing that didn't center self. If you want to work better understand yourself, feel more at ease in your body and with your emotions, relate to others in ways that feel authentic, look for a space to slow down and begin to make sense of what's been holding you back, let's talk. I am a Certified Women’s Mental Health Specialist and Clinical Trauma Professional. In sessions, we explore the beliefs that fuel anxiety and self-criticism while also building awareness of emotions and bodily experience. Together, we look at patterns of disconnection and how they may have developed, creating space for more clarity, self-trust, and change. Starting or returning to therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to putting others first or pushing through on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re looking for a space that feels intentional, supportive, and respectful of your lived experience, I would be honored to help change unfold. NYC based therapist providing individual services via telehealth to aid with untangling patterns rooted in family, culture, and lived experience so you can move through life with greater ease and self-connection.
