  • Attachment-basedLooks at early bonds with caregivers and how they shape relationships and emotions now, and works toward a greater sense of safety and connection.
  • BiofeedbackUses sensors to show body signals such as heart rate, breathing or muscle tension as they happen, so a person can learn to change them, for example to manage stress.
