Our behavioral health practice, located in New York, is dedicated to delivering quality and compassionate mental health services to clients of all ages. We provide teletherapy services to individuals who are struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), loss and grief, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), substance use, adjustment problems, eating disorders, etc. Our clinical team consists of dedicated licensed psychologists, social workers, and mental health counselors. They bring a wealth of clinical experiences and skills to their jobs. Their specialties include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), biofeedback therapy, and other treatment approaches. Types of therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)A structured, practical therapy that looks at how thoughts, feelings and actions affect each other, and teaches skills for changing unhelpful thinking and habits.

  • Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)A short-term, goal-focused approach that spends less time on problems and more on what already works and the small steps toward what the person wants.
