What is Wellzy?
What Wellzy does
Wellzy gives you a private space to talk things through any time of day. The AI listens, suggests exercises inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, and helps you work through everyday stress, anxious thoughts, low mood, and sleep difficulties.
- 24/7 AI chat companion with CBT- and mindfulness-inspired exercises
- Daily mood check-ins and weekly reflections that surface patterns over time
- Guided breathing exercises and meditations
- Private journaling and gratitude tools
- A searchable therapist directory for when you want human care
Who Wellzy is for
Wellzy is built for anyone who wants accessible, judgment-free support between (or before) therapy sessions — people managing everyday anxiety, stress, overthinking, low mood, or sleep, and those who want simple daily wellness habits.
Who Wellzy is not for
Wellzy is not a crisis service and not a replacement for a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or need diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition, please contact emergency services or a crisis line and seek a licensed professional.
How it works
Create a free account on the web or in the iOS app and start chatting; no credit card is needed. The iOS app adds reminders and voice features. Wellzy remembers context you share (for eligible accounts) so conversations stay relevant over time.
Pricing
Wellzy has a free tier you can keep using, with daily message limits. A paid subscription unlocks unlimited messaging and premium features such as voice conversations. You can start free with no credit card.
Privacy
Chat messages are encrypted in our database with Fernet (AES-128-CBC with HMAC). Wellzy does not sell your data, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time. Wellzy is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not claim HIPAA certification; the Privacy Policy describes exactly how data is handled.
