As both a mother of a child with Autism and a licensed clinical mental health practitioner, I bring not only clinical expertise, but lived understanding into every session. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating the real, everyday challenges of mental and behavioral health, whether that’s anxiety, emotional regulation, neurodiversity, or life transitions. I am a Texas-based LPC Associate and doctoral candidate specializing in integrated behavioral and mental health care. What that means for you is a holistic, collaborative approach that looks at the full picture; not just symptoms, but your experiences, environment, and goals. My work goes beyond diagnosis. I help clients and families gain clarity, build practical skills they can actually use, and develop the confidence to move forward with intention.
