I am dedicated to and passionate about working with adults, young adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and anxiety-related disorders. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, having provided counseling services to this age group within school settings for over a decade. I have also worked at Monte Nido and Affiliates, a residential eating disorder facility for individuals ages 18 and older, where I provided therapeutic services to clients using a behavioral lens. I have received training with the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, completed advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and bring an evidence based approach to my clinical work with clients. As a therapist, I center collaboratively and compassionately supporting clients as they work to connect with their values, identify the adaptive and maladaptive patterns in their lives, and move in the direction of their goals.
