Jennifer is an empathetic counseling professional dedicated to providing exceptional client care while bringing a genuine and non-judgmental stance to the counseling space. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy, Jennifer believes that all strong therapeutic relationships begin with a Person-Centered approach. Jennifer has an extensive background in substance use and co-occurring disorders, and trauma-focused treatment. Her awareness and dedication to helping individuals discover their own path to recovery, includes helping clients to develop a clearer and more meaningful understanding of themselves and their experiences.
